Privacy Policy.
This is the official personal website of Drs. H. Juliyatmono, M.M., M.H. It is not an official website of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia (DPR RI) or of the Golkar Party.
The website juliyatmono.com is managed by the Juliyatmono Media Team on behalf of Juliyatmono, Member of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia (DPR RI) for the Central Java IV electoral district. We respect the privacy of every resident and handle personal data in accordance with Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (the PDP Law).
What data we collect
- Have Your Say (public input channel): your name, WhatsApp number, email address (if provided), village, district, topic and the content of your message.
- Guestbook: your name, WhatsApp number, email address (if provided), village, district and message.
- Technical data: IP addresses are stored only in encrypted (hashed) form, to prevent spam and misuse. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
How we use your data
- To follow up on residents' views and proposals, including proposals for the Indonesia Smart Program (PIP).
- To map residents' needs by village and district, as input for his work as a Member of the DPR RI, such as constituency recess visits and Commission X meetings.
- To contact you about the matter you raised.
We do not sell your data, we do not share it with anyone else for commercial purposes, and we do not use it for campaigning without your consent.
What is shown publicly
In the Guestbook, only your name, village, district and message are shown. Your WhatsApp number and email address are never displayed. Proposals sent through Have Your Say are not shown publicly.
Storage and security
- Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and is backed up regularly to the team's private storage.
- Access is restricted to the team members who follow up on residents' input.
- Data is kept for no longer than two (2) years from the date it was sent, unless it is needed for longer to complete a follow-up that is still in progress.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Please send your request to info@juliyatmono.com, stating the name and WhatsApp number you used. Requests are processed within 3 × 24 hours on working days.
Third-party services
Videos are played from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode, which is activated only after you press the play button. News links take you to each media outlet's own website, which has its own privacy policy.

This policy may be updated from time to time. The date of the latest update is shown below.
This English version is provided for convenience. If there is any difference in meaning, the Indonesian version (Kebijakan Privasi) prevails.
